TATARAAKINA C BLOCK TRUST
Beneficial owners of the Trust are invited to attend the 2014, 2015 and 2016 Annual General Meeting of Owners on Saturday 15th October 2016 at the Taradale Club, 55 Wharerangi Road, Napier commencing at 9.30am, with owner registrations from 9am. Owners need to register with photo ID on the day.
Only beneficial owners will have voting and speaking rights, other persons may only speak at the invitation of the Chair. Proxies will not be accepted. Any General Business to be advised in writing to the Trust Administrator Lisa Hardie by 4pm Thursday 13 October 2016.

- Resolution 2 – That the Trustee is authorised to enter into the Deeds with Transpower and Department of Conservation concerning the Tataraakina and Waipunga bridges on the terms as presented to the owners.
- Resolution 3 – That the Trustee is authorised to enter into the lease agreement with Kordia New Zealand on the terms as presented to the owners.

The scheduled finish time is 1pm or earlier and refreshments will be served.

HUNTING
The entire Tataraakina Block remains closed for commercial and whanau hunting.
The main bridge is currently under construction with the second bridge to follow.
It is not yet known if the block will be open for the roar, and no bookings are being taken until we have certainty of clear access.
For commercial hunters a ballot will be held and emailed to all hunters registered on our new database.
For Whanau, a waiting list is in place on the same basis as last year, and you will be contacted once the block re-opens for bookings.
